SHOULD WE TAKE A SHOWER AFTER AN IYASHI DOME SESSION?
The Iyashi Dôme ritual offers small, refreshing and moist towels (Oshibori) for you, after each treatment session.
Oshibori towels help stop sweating more quickly and refresh.
However, depending on the installation of your center, a shower (hot or lukewarm) can be taken if you wish.
SHOULD I USE CREAMS BEFORE OR AFTER THE IYASHI DOME SESSION?
We do not recommend applying cosmetic products just before the session, since sweating will not allow its absorption and effectiveness.
An application of a cosmetic cream after the treatment is more suitable.
